Corporate Team Mentoring

Corporate Team Mentoring

£600 per session per team as part of a 6 session programme.
 

This includes one hour with each team member as an individual over the course of the programme.
 

Each team can include up to 6 people.
 

The total cost for group mentoring of 6 people for 6 sessions is therefore £3,600.

Corporate Individual Mentoring

Corporate Individual Mentoring

£500 per session per person.

 

These can be booked as 'one off' sessions or as part of a 6 session programme which costs £2,500 in
total (6 sessions for the price of 5).

Non- Corporate Mentoring

Non-Corporate Mentoring

(Individuals & Groups)

Individuals: £250 per session per individual.


These can be booked as 'one off' sessions or as part of a 6 session programme which costs £1,250 in
total (6 sessions for the price of 5)

 

 

Groups: £50 per session per person as part of a 6 session programme.


This includes one hour with you as an individual over the course of the programme.


Each group will consist of up to 6 people.


The total cost for group mentoring of an individual for 6 sessions is therefore £300.


If you are able to organise your own group of 6, you can have one free place, which can either be
offered to one person (including yourself) or be used to apply a shared discount across the group.

What is mentoring with you meant to achieve?


It’s meant to be a 'superboost' rather than a long term reliance on my input. I hope to put
my mentees in a position where they eventually become the CEO of their own career
development.

 


Why mentoring and not coaching?


My approach is slightly more directive than coaching, I connect my mentees with networks,
organisations and people who might be able to support them in their journey and I hold my
mentees accountable in a supportive and expectant way.
 


Is your mentoring bespoke or standardised?


I don't follow a script or a prescribed course - my mentoring is unique and adaptable to the
individual/group. This may shift and change from session to session and even within sessions, according to what is going on for the mentee or group members at the time.
 


What’s your particular expertise?


Although I approach each person holistically, in terms of emotional, spiritual, physical and mental growth, I focus on career building and leadership development - whether the
individual holds a leadership position or not.
 


Is it pragmatic or theoretical?
 

It’s both. We learn the theory and live it out practically. If invited to, I’ll walk with
someone through a situation, for example, being with them as they read messages they suspect contain difficult news and dealing with the aftermath or, within a group, brainstorming ways to deal with a toxic client that a group member feel they can’t get away
